Fast forward to 2018, and events take a significant leap as we enter a basement where two time travelers emerge from a mysterious device. It becomes clear that they have just rescued the reluctant teenage JFK from a sinister organization known as the Rittenhouse, which is bent on altering history for the worse by assassinating pivotal figures like JFK before they can affect the future. The time travelers, members of the Lifeboat team, have embarked on a mission to protect JFK, ensuring that he fulfills his destiny as a transformative president.
