Part 2/8:

The film opens with a poignant scene at the beach featuring the Amari siblings, Ren and Jared. Their playful day under the sun turns tragic when Jared accidentally drowns while swimming. Ren saves him, but the damage to his brain leaves him in a coma, a haunting reminder of her failure. Following the harrowing incident, Ren becomes an ambitious scientist, co-founding a technology firm with a colleague named Sam, which specializes in a pioneering product called "Other Life."
