This process involves reflecting on past experiences and acknowledging which ones no longer serve us. Learning to detach from old identities and habits opens doorways to personal growth. Adopting the philosopher Socrates's perspective, who thrived despite adversities, we realize that our limitations may very well catalyze our strengths.
