Instead of viewing struggle as a burden, recognizing it as a privilege allows us to reframe challenges as opportunities for growth. A workout may be grueling; however, it is also a chance to improve physical and mental resilience.
As we push through discomfort, we learn to appreciate our capacity for resistance. After all, true evolution often arises from stepping outside our comfort zones and facing challenges head-on.
