The cruel director, Victor, enjoys torturing patients, adding layers of horror to the narrative.
Through flashbacks, viewers witness Wu’s plight as she attempts to navigate her tormentors and ultimately find a way to escape. Her interactions with fellow patients reveal the extent of the corrupt practices within the facility, drawing Ren deeper into the mystery.
