Inside the TVA headquarters, Wade meets Paradox, who divulges the dire state of his universe. The grim news is that without Wolverine, everything Wade cares for will cease to exist in just 72 hours. Faced with a heart-wrenching choice—to join the TVA and, by extension, the Avengers or to be obliterated alongside his friends—Deadpool opts for an audacious approach, stealing a device to return home and searching for an alternate Wolverine across parallel universes.
