In a rebellious act, Joe sneaks out to join his friends for a nighttime shoot at a remote train station. Alice, apprehensively borrowing her father's car, agrees to drive them. Upon arrival, the atmosphere buzzes as Joe begins to apply Alice's zombie makeup. Their filming is soon disrupted when a freight train thunderously approaches, but urged on by Charles, they hastily capture the scene before disaster strikes—a vehicle unexpectedly collides with the train, resulting in a catastrophic derailment. The group narrowly escapes the chaos, but they are left haunted by the horrific sights and sounds of destruction. Amidst the wreckage, Joe stumbles upon an odd, mysterious white cube, reminiscent of a Rubik's Cube.
