Widowmaker and Other Deadly Trees
The Bunya tree (Araucaria bidwillii), nicknamed the "widowmaker," produces heavy cones that can be lethal when they fall. Furthermore, the English yew (Taxus baccata) is notable for its toxic leaves and bark, which can be deadly if ingested.
