Legal Proceedings

The sentencing for Hogg's domestic abuse was deferred until January 9, 2024, at Jedburgh Sheriff Court. Sheriff Peter Patterson imposed the non-harassment order, which is designed to prevent Hogg from contacting Jillian during this five-year period. The sheriff warned that any future contact could lead to a custodial sentence.
