Part 2/9:

In 1904, an intriguing incident transpired at The Manhattan Adventurers Society, as the New York Fire Department was called to manage a smoky crisis. Upon arrival, firefighters witnessed an intimidating sight—thick smoke was being mysteriously sucked back into a seemingly cursed room. A firefighter’s hand froze upon touching the door, necessitating a hasty retreat. When they eventually broke down the door, they were met with a harrowing scene: dozens of frozen corpses surrounded by ice, all under the haunting sounds of an unknown language playing from a phonograph. In the center, a mysterious armored figure clutched an orb containing an ancient evil. When the orb was disturbed, it unleashed horrid consequences, sending shards of ice and death through the room as malevolent eyes glowed ominously from within.
