Part 2/6:
In a small village, a resident reflects on the time spent with a Christmas tree that has been a part of their home for the past eight years. This pine tree, which was somewhat of an outlaw's catch—taken from a roadside where it was planted illegally—has grown too big and heavy for the modest dwelling. In a bid to relieve this burden of guilt while also spreading cheer, the owner decides to give away the beloved tree. The plan is set in motion: to traverse the village, tree in tow, and find someone who would welcome it into their home.
