To get the most of a Traffic Exchange, you have to grab the attention, and get the wanted action from a user in only 10 seconds. A lot of traffic exchange users make pages that are too long.

Many people don't even want to stay on a page for 10 seconds.
I think they'll want to stay those 10 seconds or more if the first 3 seconds made them interested. That's how I surf anyway.
Yes, that is most probably true. If I am on Leads Leap I stay a bit longer on the sites that are interesting because there isn't a timer.
