It used to be late October, but I think it was moved a bit earlier after Covid meaning it was more likely to not be interrupted (or that was one of the reasons) and just stayed. I guess it depends on a lot of factors, but perhaps the venues themselves need to be shade or inside (didn't have that problem in Amsterdam though)
