You can't complain about HBD APR decreasing suddenly when it also increased very suddenly. I'm almost sure it's going to decrease at a slower pace.

About the HP APR, that's a different discussions, while at first glance it seems like it would centralize distribution more who knows how many would decide to stay invested or invest more because of it compared to selling it now cause "low apr".

Your last point is pointless cause people can always just create more accounts.

Sort:

I come active here after the 20% APR, maybe if I was active before I will opose that or just recomending to set an expiring date to it.

About the HP APR, again whales will be the only beneficiaries. If hive go up the selling presure is bigger, not every whale curate, but every whale will see grow exponencially his Hive with a bigger HP APR. If the interes up until 12% is very easy to do power down because the interest will cover that and you will remain with the same amount of HP.

Create more accounts is possible since now, but that have a cost and not everybody will feel the need of do that. You will need to create 100 accounts for get a million with the 20% APR increasing the risk of loosing keys or missmanaging accounts.

Everything has a risk (even get 0% APR), but that last proposal have the lower one.
