Black theme!
It is less aggressive to the eye. In fact, this year I started wearing glasses with blue light protection because my eyes were being affected. The black theme helps me reduce the impact.

I've never fancied LIGHT theme for any day. Maybe because I'm white, the sharpeness affect me easily. Black all be way
Nice! I still have a few apps on my phone that have yet to add this feature. So I'll keep an eye out for it as soon as they do. Also, this way the charge of the phone is more efficient, because there are less pixels to turn on the screen.
