Hi, good to be here again, not for anymore introduction, but for a movie review instead; 13 Reasons Why. I watched the first season last year, during the pandemic and other seasons, but I will be talking on only the first'. This season happens to have 13 episodes which in turn coincides with the name of the movie.
13 Reasons why is a Netflix TV-series;
A quick run-through the main acts in the movie are, Clay Jenson and Hannah Baker
This first episode happens to be a story of the aftermath death of a high school girl(Hannah Baker) who committed suicide due to the so much pressure she thinks she's gotten from school. Hannah Baker who had to end her life, left a Cassette tape(13 in number), which she recorded about the reasons she killed herself as well as the people responsible for her death.
Each tape includes a reason for the following people: classmates Justin Foley, Jessica Davis, Alex Standall, Tyler Down, Courtney Crimsen, Marcus Cole, Zach Dempsey, Ryan Shaver, Sheri Holland, Clay himself, Bryce Walker, and school guidance counselor Kevin Porter.

Through it storylines, I think the show explores a wide range of social issues modern youths are passing through, this includes; Suicide, sexual assault, bullying, racism, jock culture, domestic violence, homophobia, deportation, police brutality, steroid use, homelessness, HIV, abortion, mental health, drug addiction, and alcoholism.
Dylan Minnette stars as Clay Jensen while Katherine Langford plays Hannah Baker. Alisha Boe, Brandon Flynn, Miles Heizer, Christian Navarro, Ross Butler, Devin Druid, Justin Prentice, Amy Hargreaves, Derek Luke, Kate Walsh, Brian d'Arcy James, Timothy Granaderos, Grace Saif, Brenda Strong, Mark Pellegrino, Tyler Barnhardt, Deaken Bluman, Jan Luis Castellanos and Gary Sinise also star amongst others.
