Great post!
As a ML engineer I love this kind of films and my favorite one is 'Space Odyssey' followed by 'Ex Machina'. Surely all these films exaggerate with the destructive nature of AI and make people skeptical about AI, but they are all well directed.
Finally, I can suggest two less known film/series:

  • Coded Bias (2020)
  • Better Than Us (2018-2019)
