RE: A Great Crime-busting Movie: The Untouchables (1987)

in Movies & TV Shows2 years ago

When I was a child, national television in Venezuela did not have the censorship that it has in this era; that allowed films like The Untouchables to be seen in all their splendor and that is why every time I see something related to this film I always remember the scenes where Al Capone kills a man with a bat on a table, the death of Sean Connery's character and of course the death of Al Capone's hitman; they are magnificent scenes, graphic, but very related to the violence that this story tells.

This has to be one of the best films I have ever seen.

The death of Sean Connery's character was so heart-breaking that I nearly cried there. The emotional music playing in the background was superb.
