Análisis de La Película

Lo primero que observamos en el tráiler, en el poster y en cualquier información sobre esta película es la participación de un excelente reparto, Meryl Streep, Leo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill, Jennifer Lawrence, Timothée Chalamet, incluso Ariana Grande sumado a una pequeña participación de Cris Evan, sin dudas una película que con tan solo con los nombres propios del reparto capta la atención de cualquier espectador.

Sabemos que este conjunto de talentosos actores guiados por Leo DiCaprio como protagonista es una formula conocida y que muchos de nosotros hemos disfrutado anteriormente. Al conocer que la película es una sátira o una especie de burla de la sociedad con este reparto es imposible no pensar en películas como El lobo de Wall Street, una de las grandes producciones que muchos de nosotros hemos disfrutado e incluso la tenemos en un top de películas del género de comedia negra. A mi parecer lo mas atrayente de la película es que es una sátira, al ver esta película desde el principio se convierte en una burla a la sociedad, sobre todo con un enfoque hacia la primera potencia del mundo Estados Unidos. Las acciones son tomadas siempre desde el punto de vista político acercándose unas elecciones en el congreso, por lo cual es un impedimento para hacer saber la verdad al mundo. Actuando con un toque conspiratorio para no afectar las altas esferas del poder antes de las elecciones. Politizar cada movimiento con algo de exageración es lo que genera más comedia dentro de la película.

Es evidente que la película muestra dentro de una historia cómica y alocada un poco de realidad en cuanto a la reacción de la política sobre asuntos que pueden poner en peligro nuestra existencia en un futuro, esto es lo realmente interesante, una apuesta atrevida y provocadora que con cierta controversia intenta captar la atención de los espectadores, pero al mismo tiempo intentar hacer que se reflexiones sobre otros asuntos que no otorgan tanta gracia.

No soy político, tampoco vivo en Estados Unidos, sin embargo, a todos en el planeta, sobre todo a los que nos encontramos en el hemisferio occidental nos concierne las acciones tomadas por el Tío Sam, si detallamos esta producción tiene una critica marcada al presidente anterior de los Estados Unidos, sobre todo con la aparición de un personaje interpretado por Ron Perlman (el mas gracioso a mi parecer) con rasgos de militar típico pero con un aspecto de veterano con rasgos faciales algo exagerados, este personaje causa mucha risa y se introduce en una parodia interesante con un pensamiento que quizás se identifica mucho con el inquilino anterior de la Casa Blanca.

¿La Sociedad Maneja Bien Las Crisis?

Es quizás la pregunta en la cual dentro de todo el humor nos invita a pensar esta película, como es la reacción del Tío Sam ante una amenaza. Viendo esta película me es inevitable pensar en el presidente Trump, el cual mostraba una política en la cual se desentendía de acuerdos importantes como el de la emoción de dióxido de carbono a la atmosfera, alegando que el calentamiento global es una fantasía, siendo otros países los mas afectados por este fenómeno, pero siguiendo con una política de supremacía y levantamiento de la economía dejó en su momento el tema ambiental en una de las gavetas de la oficina oval, politizando siempre todos sus actos con estrategia para llegar al mayor publico posible, aunque este aspecto se expande por todo el mundo y muchos lideres mundiales son simplemente políticos que al final de cuentas no hacen mucho.

Otro gran problema ambiental es la técnica del fraking, el cual es indispensable para Usa para ser el primer productor de petróleo a nivel mundial, siendo este una técnica bastante controversial y con un impacto significativo a nivel ecológico, pero que simplemente se vende como la técnica para no depender de energía extranjera.

Estos son solo algunos ejemplos de lo que la política puede hacerle daño a toda la raza humana, los intereses propios se sobreponen ante la posibilidad de un futuro incierto en el que coloque en aprietos a toda la humanidad, sin embargo, esta es nuestra sociedad, sin identificarme con un bando político pienso que nuestros líderes en muchas ocasiones buscan soluciones fuera de lo que el pueblo o en este caso la humanidad necesita, escondiéndolos dentro de una campaña publicitaria para lograr hacer que las personas no piensen de más, ocurre en todo el mundo en cualquier sector político.

Dominio de las Corporaciones

Me causó bastante gracia la aparición de un empresario que pareciera un cruce de Mark zuckerberg y Elon Musk, es notorio que su influencia en la casa blanca es tal que toma la mayor decisión de la humanidad, siendo un genio en tecnología aeroespacial y en redes sociales, desarrollando un algoritmo que hace conocer totalmente a la persona e incluso predice su muerte, agradezco que el nivel del algoritmo de las redes sociales actuales no alcance ese nivel.

Me llamó la atención como con elocuencia y un muy buen discurso logra implantar su idea en los demás convenciendo por momentos hasta el protagonista de la película y como logra mantener el apoyo público a esa idea basada en la soberbia y en el aspecto económico. ¿Podríamos decir que cualquier parecido a la realidad es mera coincidencia?, ese seria un tema totalmente diferente.

Ya saliéndome del tema político que a mi parecer es lo más atrayente de esta producción, quiero analizar otros aspectos de la película.

Comedia:

La película si bien puede hacernos reír por momentos, a mi parecer no es una película donde la comedia invada al espectador, desde mi perspectiva el tema político, la burla dentro de las exageraciones de parodia son las que nos hacen dibujar una sonrisa en la cara, sin embargo, creo que en comparación a otras películas como “El lobo de Wall Street” no es tan graciosa, sin embargo, esa comedia es el condimento que une toda la historia para que sea llamativa diferente en un evento apocalíptico que hemos visto infinidades de veces en la gran pantalla.

¿A que Publico se Apunta Esta Película?

A mi parecer a la comedia le falta algo de picante para que sea totalmente irreverente y atrevida, siendo así más atractiva para los espectadores de cierta edad, sin embargo, esa falta de picante o humor negro nos sugiere que la película amplia el compás para arropar la mayor cantidad de espectadores posibles, dando oportunidad a los jóvenes para observar esta producción introducida en una sátira.

Esta es una producción de Netflix y así como lo he mencionado en producciones propias de este gigante del entretenimiento, sus películas tratan de abarcar un amplio sector del público, quitando violencia o en este caso picante en forma de humor negro, el cual yo me esperaba para esta película sabiendo que el director utiliza humor negro para sus películas.

A mi parecer esta es una película destacada en el año, siendo una apuesta atrevida y desafiante, plasmando una marcada crítica social, tal como a este servidor le gusta. Siendo una sátira o una comedia burlista creo que le hubiera añadido un poco de humor negro si yo fuese el guionista, creo que muchos extrañamos ese humor irreverente como en otras películas del pasado.

Quizás para algunos esta puntuación sea algo baja, sin embargo, no es una película que me hizo reír mucho más allá de lo que muestra de burla hacia la política y la sociedad en general con exageraciones. Fuera de ese aspecto que lo digo bajo mi propia perspectiva muchos coincidiremos en que es de lo mejor que nos ha propuesto Netflix este año, siendo de esas películas diferentes que no son adaptadas bajo un guion trillado en el mundo del entretenimiento.

Por supuesto, es una película de alta calidad que nos propone una historia interesante y atrevida, una divertida sátira donde nos reiremos de nosotros mismos como sociedad, pero que al mismo tiempo e implícitamente nos invita a cierta reflexión sobre un asunto tan serio como nuestro futuro, es de esas películas imperdibles en el año y el cual no se pierde ni un minuto en cuanto a tiempo ya que logra entretener de principio a fin.

In my opinion the comedy lacks some spice to make it totally irreverent and daring, thus being more appealing to viewers of a certain age, however, that lack of spice or black humor suggests to us that the film broadens the compass to tuck in as many viewers as possible, giving young people a chance to watch this production introduced in a satire.

This is a Netflix production and just as I have mentioned in productions owned by this entertainment giant, their films try to cover a wide sector of the public, removing violence or in this case spice in the form of black humor, which I was expecting for this film.

In my opinion this is an outstanding film of the year, being a daring and challenging bet, embodying a marked social criticism, just as this server likes. Being a satire or a mocking comedy I think I would have added a bit of black humor if I were the screenwriter, I think many of us miss that irreverent humor as in other films of the past.

Perhaps for some this score is a little low, however, it is not a film that made me laugh much beyond what it shows of mockery towards politics and society in general with exaggerations. Out of that aspect that I say it under my own perspective many will agree that it is one of the best that Netflix has proposed us this year, being one of those different movies that are not adapted under a hackneyed script in the entertainment world.
