First Impression:

I recently watched this movie on netflix with my family. We we're just looking for a horror movie that could make us scream (That's the other reason why we watch horror movie besides it's our family time) and this movie took my attention. As a horror movie lover I immediately notice the name of the movie which is "Don't Listen" categorizing it with the "Don't" movies Like Don't Breath and such. But then I noticed the timing of the mouth speaking and the voice isn't synchronise, I immediately checked it and its original language was is spanish but well a movie is a movie and I very much love horror movies.

Reactions to the actual movie:

The movie story was a bit used movie motif.
A haunted house, a family moving in the entity living there was disturbed, and such.I felt like watching the "Amity Ville" all over again. I don't blame the director for that cause it's just how the industry goes.

enough with the bad sides let's go to the good things in the movie.

The movies aesthetic are great the mood was set from the very beginning. I love the foggy mystery feeling that it brings and also I really liked the kills and how gore it gets. (it's not really that gore tho cause it's rated for 16 years old)

There are a lot of jumpscares which I definitely liked. Those jumpscares made the movie more memorable and not like the others.

Final Verdict: 7/10

All in all it's not a bad movie to watch. It has all the basic principles of a horror movies and I surely recommend it to be watched.
