The plot is set in Whoville who take Christmas and all that goes with it very seriously. This movie portrays how the Who are and how they are always more interested in gifts and material things instead of what is really important. Cindy Lou is a very tender girl who seems to be the only kind-hearted one in Whoville. The humor is spicy I must say, it can be enjoyed by both children and adults and when you grow up, you realize many jokes that you didn't understand as a child, this movie aged very well for that part, and as I mentioned, the Who are not exactly gems of people but above all the mayor of Whoville. I think this movie should never be forgotten, I really still laugh as if it was the first time I see it (and I do it every Christmas) and I really recommend it to you...

Creo que esta película jamás debe pasar al olvido, realmente me sigo riendo como si fuera la primera vez que la veo (y eso que lo hago en cada navidad) y realmente se las recomiendo mucho...

I think it is really an unnecessary version that I feel that not many remember it (unless it is to criticize it) I recently saw it and it was very difficult because I was trying not to fall asleep watching it (sorry), it is not a memorable movie and the new versions are supposed to improve the previous ones but I think that here they did not succeed.
La versión animada pues, si tuviese que describirla en una sola palabra creo que seria "aburrida", hay varios cambios en esta versión como que ahora es una alcaldesa que es buena onda y también los Quien son mas amables y menos materialistas, además de que por alguna razón que no dicen la madre de Cindy Lou es madre soltera, creo que es demasiado infantil y digo, no estoy en contra de las películas infantiles, pero se supone que este tipo de películas de temporada son para toda la familia y ya no esta este humor picante que caracterizaba a la primera que hace reír tanto a grandes como a pequeños.
