Hehehe what a coincidence! Love your review about this movie. The head priest was intimidating for me while the pinhead, I was fascinated by her. Like she must be in constant pain with the pins on her head.
This new Hellraiser well and I am happy the producer took their time to do justice to the franchise itself. I was also expecting to be more gore, but it still works. So it's a win win!

I think Pinhead enjoys the needles in his head and more when he uses them against his victims, for me he is a great character and in this opportunity with a new version, I think it is done justice, Jamie Clayton's work is very good and I liked that she had a lot of time in scene, actually it is not that she is in all the scenes of the second hour of the film, but she has good dialogues, especially the ones she has in the denouement.
Hopefully in the sequel she will have more graphic scenes.
