It was a different romance, as far as movies go, I didn't see either of them as villains, I just saw them as imperfect beings, who didn't know what they wanted. On the one hand she didn't want to hold on to a love relationship and on the other hand he misunderstood everything or didn't want to see the reality of things, humans acting like humans...
