The movie begin at a trivia night in a pub where someone name Max and Annie first meet. They started getting to build their relationship over a love of games and also eventually propose at a games night. They had a wonderful wedding and even their wedding is game themed. They want to start a family but it seems that Max has low fertility due to stress. Annie thinks that it is majorly due to the fact that his brother is coming to town.
When they got home, they meet their neighbor name Gary and Gary tries to welcome himself to a game night. Max and Annie think he’s a bit strange and told him that no game is happening. They go in and proceed their arrange for the upcoming game night that evening. Max feels sad that they are not being open about it but Annie then told him that Gary’s ex-wife named Debbie was their friend - not Gary. Their guests begin to come in via the window in just to prevent from knowing.
Ryan comes to the game night with his airhead date, and Kevin and also Michelle. They played some board game and after that, they begin to play charades when the sound of a vehicle horn trouble them. Max’s brother Brooks arrives and caught the attention of Gary but Max still tries to act as though nothing is happening. Brooks the brother of Max tells stories of Max’s childhood and Max was very embarrassed.
Once Brook has left, Annie find out that Max is ridicule by Brook and she thought to do something about it. One week later, they are about to go the Brooks’ place when Gary curious to know where they are going - again they deny that they would be happening. They arrive at Brook's house and ask them to come in.
Brooks tells Max and Annie that he will do is best in the game night. Brook has hired a firm that arrange the Mystery night and said the anyone that finds the victim whoever finds the victim wins the keys to his Stingray.
We see one of them makes a call to let them know that they are there and will let them know once they have them. Back inside, they were busy having some discussion and when they are interrupted by a knock at the door. The door was opened, a man enters named Henderson, he said he is a FBI Agent. He explains the game to them, all of a sudden, two other men badged in via the door and knock out Henderson. Brooks try to defend him but is then beaten up by the two men but the other people watch them thinking that it is all part of the game. One of the men drops his gun and the gun landed near Annie. They eventually carry Brook away. Those that are watching applaud the realism.
Ryan and Henderson goes out side when that finally realize that the people have picked up the dossiers that Henderson brought with him and everyone is trying to solve the clues.
Sarah tells Ryan to he should try to find the Games company that Brooks used and offer them money to give them the final clue. Ryan is marvel by what she said. Kevin and Michelle find out that the answer is a stapler and find it. They find a flash drive which they insert in the PC to discover another riddle. Max are tracking his brother’ location on his phone to find him quickly and he went with Maxs.
Max and Annie got the bar, she threaten to shot the kidnappers thinking a game and Max finds keys in the kidnapper's pockets and they go in to release Brooks. Brooks tells them that this is not a game as the kidnapper and tell them he is a drug mugler and he has issue with someone called The Bulgarian. They do not believe him, not until Annie accidentally shoot Max in the arm.
They escape as the gangster try to get into the room. They purse them in their van and Brooks tells them that he had a Faberge Egg that the leader to the gang wanted, but he gave it to other man called Marlon Freeman.
Brooks jumps out of the car and the van that was chase him stops and the gangster picks him up. Max and Annie meet the other people and discuss on how to get the Egg from Freeman to save Brooks’ life.
In the car, Max receives a call from some one of kidnapper and he tells them that he is on his way to get the Faberge egg and they ask to meet him at midnight after he had retrieve it. They got to Freeman’s house and only discover that there is some sort of party going on. They splits up to search for the Faberge egg.
Sarah and Ryan spot the Egg in an opened safe. They notice that everybody is busy watching the fight so Ryan goes to grab it and runs past the others. They all escape, and into the car. As they drive to the meeting point the kidnappers tell them to meet them, Kevin accidentally smashed the Egg.
One voting there, the gangsters ask them that everyone lays on the ground. As the gangsters make a phone call, the gangsters receive instructions from there boss to kill them all but suddenly a police car screeches around the corner and it was Gary, who engages in a gunfight with the kidnappers and takes them down. Everyone is very surprised to see him but he told them he was just doing his job
They gave Gary the note they find in the egg and he identify it as a list of names of people on the FWPP. Other gangster drives to the venue and shot Gary from behind one of whom is The Bulgarian.
The gangsters agree to let them in exchange for the list but instead Brooks swallows the list. The gangsters is about to kill Brooks when they suddenly see Max driving towards the plane but Max crashes the car into its as the plane tries to take off.
One the gangster gets out of the plane and Annie hits him with a fire extinguisher from behind. She ran to the phone to call the police as Max enter into the plane and holds The Bulgarian at gunpoint. The Bulgarian and Max start to fight and Annie notice the noise in the plane and rushes to help. Max is about to be shot by the gangster but Annie trows the fire extinguisher onto his head and knocks him out. Three months later, Max and Annie go to game tells Max that she is pregnant.
This movie is very funny, I hardly remembered it, I think that among so many movies you always forget one, I laughed at the review just remembering the movie, thanks for reading
