Mutant is becoming the biggest threat in the world, according to Kelly. Erik & Charles Xavier once upon a time were very good friends but they become separated due to different mindsets. Professor X wants Mutants and humans to live together in this world, Magneto on the other hand wants people to be extinct from the world, only Mutants to survive.
This time the story was shown to Marie D'Ancanto in 2000. Marie accidentally knows that the power she possesses is not a normal human being, but a Mutant. She runs away from home and adopts the name, Rogue. In ALBERTA she meets "Wolverine", it turns out that Wolverine gets the money if he wins by fighting in the underground.

No one knows how this metal Wolverine got into the body.
The story shifts to the other side. It is seen that Senator Robert Kelly goes to the White House to pass the bill. At that moment, the Mystique arrives and captures the Senator unconscious, and brings him to the Magneto's secret location. Magneto starts a machine and whoever comes in front of it from where the ray is coming out will also become a Mutant from human and ray gets Senator becomes a Mutant.
Rogue ve muchos más mutantes aquí y se da cuenta de que no es el único mutante en el mundo. Esta vez, Rogue se esconde en el auto de Wolverine. Un Diente de Sable mutante detiene su auto y pelea con Wolverine, Cyclops & Storm vienen a salvarlos. Rogue has the ability to absorb power. He then joins professor X's team to save Rogue. There was a fierce battle between the two teams and in the meanwhile Rogue was released. The X team handed over the Magneto team to the police.
This time Wolverine is seen leaving X's mansion. The end shows that Magneto is imprisoned in a complex constructed of plastic and is visited by Xavier. The movie ends and Charles Xavier and Erik are seen playing a chess game in prison.
Magneto estaba buscando un mutante con la capacidad de observar el poder porque cuando Magneto usaba esta máquina se debilitaba, por lo que necesitaba un mutante que le diera su propia fuerza para que, si moría, el mutante muriera frente a él. Es por eso que el equipo de Magneto capturó a Rogue.
