This Sunday I made a batch of granola bars which are excellen to eat before going on a run! They are easy to make and contain only good nutritions!
Ingredients:
90 grams of oat flakes
2 bananas
100 grams mixed nuts
5 dates
coconut flakes (optional)
cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 F).
The first step is to mash the bananas.
Next you put the oak flakes and the mixed nuts together with the mashed bananas and make a batter out of it.
After that, cut the dates in small pieces. Add the coconut flakes (to your liking) and cinnamon and mix everything together to one batter.
It's really easy to do, I only used a fork 😊
Put the baking paper in a small oven platter (question, what is the word for this in English?) and distribute the batter evenly in the platter.
Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.
After it has cooled down, you can slice it into little bars. Ready for the next 12 runs or any other workout!

What do you think? Do you also have a recipe for a workout snack?
I'd love to hear about it!
