One great way to feel more connected to other people is to meditate.

Both mindfulness meditations and loving-kindness meditations help you improve connecting with others, but here’s the steps for loving-kindness:
Think of a happy childhood memory and say to yourself:
“may I be happy”
“May I be safe and secure”
“May I be health and strong” and
“may I be fulfilled.”
Then repeat those four phrases for 5 other people in your life: a someone you love, someone you respect, an acquaintance, a difficult person, and all living things. So, instead of “may be happy”, it’s…
