RE: A Piece of Happiness

Hi :)

It is a funny life really, because while we spend so much of our time looking for ways not to work, most people actually feel better for having worked. Sure, it isn't "work at anything", but in general, life is like going to the gym - it might be difficult but after, you feel better for having pushed hard, rather than puss out.

You know, I never really thought it about it like that "specifically" but you are absolutely right and in my opinion, as long as you keep your mind (and even more so your emotions) positive towards the "hustle" you are kicking at right now, everything else will fall into place.

There is a quote, I cannot think who by now, which goes "think from the end" and that makes complete sense to me, so if I were to give anything to this, I would probably say that perhaps you need to catch yourself every time you say "one day" or "some day" because technically, that never arrives. When you find yourself thinking that, rather tell your brain to shut up :D and take a moment to just mentally SEE yourself in precisely the position you wish to be.

Well, that is my slice of input anyway. Use it, don't use it :)

Have a wonderful week.

Enjoyed reading this. Am "new" around these parts so, nice to meet you.

Yeah. And it is the emotional side that many struggle with, which limits the body too. Emotional control is out of fashion it seems.

I think there is another way to look at "think from the end". For example, a non-genius writer is able to write a genius character, because when they "think from the end" it is possible to work backwards and put everything into the right place.

Welcome to Hive Ella (assuming that is the name you go by) - it really is a fun place to hangout and get to understand. There is a lot here, not just blogs too :)

That is so true I can almost laugh!

Thx for the welcome. I appreciate it. finding my way around bit by bit.
