Emotional intelligence is important in the workplace and people with high levels of emotional intelligence have been shown to be more successful in their careers. There are a lot of different types of intelligence, but emotional intelligence is different from them all.

Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify and understand emotions in ourselves and others. It is the ability to control our own emotions and those of others. Emotional intelligence can be developed.

Emotions as we know really play a big role in our everyday lives. They help us to determine what is going on around us and how we should react. They help us to stay calm in the face of stressful situations and they help us to identify happiness and sadness.

Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize our emotions, understand what they mean, and use this understanding to guide our thinking and behavior. It is also the ability to regulate our emotions and manage our reactions so that we can make better decisions.

Emotional intelligence is an important part of our daily life. It helps us to be more productive, able to handle stress, and to make better decisions. It is important to remember that, in order to improve our emotional intelligence, we must first understand how emotions work.

There are a lot of ways to improve our emotional intelligence. One way is to keep a journal of our feelings. We can also try to identify the feelings that we have. We should also try to identify the emotions that are present in others.

It is also important to learn how to appreciate our emotions. This can be done by learning to recognize the benefits that our emotions provide us. Lastly, it is important to practice emotions. This will help us to learn how to feel emotions in a more positive way.

Thank you so much for your support of my @v4vapp proposals in the past, my previous one expired this week.

I'd be really happy if you would continue supporting my work by voting on this proposal for the next 6 months:

Additionally you can also help this work with a vote for Brianoflondon's Witness using KeyChain or HiveSigner

If you have used v4v.app I'd really like to hear your feedback, and if you haven't I'd be happy to hear why or whether there are other things you want it to do.

I have just done that by voting and keep up the good work moving.

Emotional intelligence helps us to control others emotions. That's sounds so great. And also helps us to do well in our career. How do I develop such emotional intelligence?

How do I develop such emotional intelligence?

By doing so it requires self practice and confidence to really achieve what you want.

This is a topic I have been loooooonging to read about. Emotions, intelligence- that combo!
Hmmm, it really a topic every school should teach because I don't know how a classy lady, well dressed, porch and all would come off so sausy and rude to a waiter only because he is putting on a uniform and she, on a gucci dress. Like how?
Can't you be intelligent enough to see that the young man is still bittered about his current position as an ordinary waiter, and just hold back your guts. And even probably helping him with an extra tip.

You did a great job by analyzing what emotional intelligence is, most especially by defining it. It was worth my read.

As humans we really display characters that sometimes hurt the feelings of others especially when feeling you own everything which is not appropriate. Such people never think of tomorrow and this in one way or the other would really hunt them some day.

we must first understand how emotions work.

That shouldn't be the end of that paragraph. There's more and you've intentionally held it back. It's like you're giving points and charging me to do more research 🥲. I don't like research ^_^.

Well said though, been learning a lot about emotional intelligence lately because of assessments. Belbin’s Team Role and stuff like that helped with judging myself. 😁

Cheers!

Going through the post you would realize I gave point about our improve in emotional intelligence why I did so was just to showcase that their are more to it if we truly discover our true self.

Yeah I got that. 😎
