RE: Think like a Viking: Part sixty five

in Self Improvement2 years ago

I am able to draw a line beneath people and simply move on without another thought of them coming to mind.

That is strong! I am not able to do that, I know that I would at least wonder if I did the right thing.

I do understand that at times it is healthier all the way around to step over some relationships or step away from a situation. I have had to do that, but, I never feel comfortable doing it. Until I did. I understand the need to distance yourself and never turn back. I could second guess myself out of guilt and that is never worth it.

Hi, Galen! I hope all is well with you!

I don't allow myself to wonder that, I guess I make the decision knowing it is the right one at the time and based on what I know, perceive or understand. Once I've moved on it doesn't come to mind. Keeping in mind, drawing lines under people like this is not an everyday thing and is an extreme measure.

Moving away from a negative force or influence has never been a problem for me, I know what staying will do to me and in leaving, at least I have a better chance at better.

Hi Swigly, I'm doing well and hope you are also! 😊
