Mushroom Tuesday (16 photos)

I don’t think I’ll be wrong if I say that the mushroom picker’s favorite trophy is boletus. I would also mention mushrooms (Lactarius) for their taste and healing qualities, but they do not grow in the pine forests next to me. And for mushrooms, I usually go there.

When you slowly walk through the forest and search with your eyes every bump, moss, heather, every meter of the forest surface, inside you there is a hope to see a boletus ..

Each mushroom is good in its own way. Some are better suited for salting for the winter. Others are delicious pickled. From the third, excellent mushroom caviar is obtained. Almost all mushrooms can be dried for future use. In this sense, boletus is a versatile mushroom. You can do whatever you want with it. You can eat it even raw with black bread, butter, garlic and salt. And it will also be unforgettably tasty (although in this version the mushroom (Lactarius) is tastier than all the others).

These mushroom findings were formed as a result of a joint walk in the forest with my friend @qwerrie . I have already shown the results of our walks a couple of times. But naturally, this is not all. And today another portion of the positive forest is waiting for you.

Не думаю, что ошибусь, если скажу, что любимым трофеем грибника являются боровики. Я бы упомянул ещё рыжики за их вкусовые и целебные качества, но в боровых сосновых лесах рядом со мной они не растут. А за грибами я обычно хожу именно туда.

Когда ты не спеша идёшь по лесу и обшариваешь глазами каждую кочку, мох, вереск, каждый метр поверхности леса, внутри тебя есть надежда увидеть именно боровик..

Каждый гриб хорош по-своему. Одни лучше подходят для соления на зиму. Другие очень вкусны в маринованном виде. Из третьих получается отменная грибная икра. Практически все грибы можно сушить впрок. В этом смысле боровик является универсальным грибом. С ним можно делать всё, что вы только пожелаете. Можно съесть его доже сырым с чёрным хлебом, сливочным маслом, чесноком и солью. И это тоже будет незабываемо вкусно (хотя в этом варианте рыжик вкуснее всех других).

Эти находки образовались в результате совместной прогулки в лес с моим другом @qwerrie . Я уже показывал пару раз результаты наших прогулок. Но естественно, это далеко не всё. И сегодня вам ждёт очередная порция лесного позитива.

Вы думаете, какие грибы сейчас снимает мой друг? Приглядитесь повнимательнее, это пара молодых боровиков. Они росли вдоль нашей тропы и (о позор моим сединам, я прошёл мимо и не заметил их...!) зоркий глаз моего друга выхватил их среди мха. Ну а дальше любимая фотографическая забава. Один снимает грибы, другой снимает того, кто снимает грибы. Можно было ещё снимать меня, снимающим моего друга, который снимает грибы....в доме, который построил Джек. Ну как-то так.

The forest where we walked for mushrooms was quite hilly. The locals call this place "Bald Mountains". It is possible that for some time this place was really without a forest, "bald". All pines here are young and only rarely can you find old spruces. Maybe the forest burned down during the last war.

Лес, по которому мы ходили по грибы, был достаточно холмистым. Это место местные жители называют "Лысые горы". Возможно, что это место какое-то время было действительно без леса, "лысым". ВСе сосны здесь молодые и только изредка можно встретить старые ели. Может быть лес сгорел во время последней войны.

This time we came across different mushrooms. I will not say that they were on every square meter, but quite a lot. If you don't believe me, ask my friend. The mushroom bags did not fit in his hands.

В этот раз нам попадались разные грибы. Не скажу, что они были на каждом квадратном метре, но достаточно много. Если не верите, спросите моего друга. Пакеты с грибами не помещались в его руках.
