From a very ear-like shape and called ear fungus (Auricularia auricula), from a transparent light brown color and a flexible texture like cartilage. So this is what ear fungus says. In scientific language called Auricularia auricula, this mushroom is a type of mushroom that can be eaten or consumed and is safe and even beneficial for us. I shoot this ear fungus on a tree that has been dead for a long time.
So because this ear mushroom (Auricularia auricula) can be consumed by us, whereas in the past this mushroom grew wild, for now this type of mushroom is being cultivated by mushroom farmers. And based on the research that has been done, it turns out that this type of ear fungus contains so many uses for health so that ear fungus can overcome several types of diseases. So the benefits of ear mushrooms are not only eaten, but also have an impact on our health.
Auricularia auricular mushroom can help improve blood circulation in humans, thus the benefits of ear mushrooms are very effective for treating blood vessels if they experience blood clots and if not treated, it can be fatal for us to suffer from stroke. Ear mushrooms contain low calories, but natural protein or (amino acids) and fiber are high. Especially for our brothers and sisters who are overweight (obesity), Auricularia auricular Mushroom is highly recommended for consumption. So in consuming ear mushrooms between 3 to 4 pieces because these mushrooms have fiber content in one sheet of 5 grams, so in a day our bodies need 25 to 30 grams of fiber.
