haha!! I love the fat lady poster in Arbekina, she is so fun!! And the basins in BarmanDictat, are they both sensor taps? They're very quirky, even the hand dryer has a rustic feel.
I just googled Vorschmack, it sounds yummy. We both love herring and adding apple and honey sounds so interesting. I might have a go at making them

I guess you will like it. Nick prepares an authentic Jewish one, he adds margarine instead of butter because kashrut forbids combining dairy and meat or fish products. Also he adds apple and boiled egg, and maybe something else. Maybe you both will try his version one day 😉
