It looks a bit odd to have soft furnishing armchairs outside the toilet, almost as if they couldn't find anywhere to put the armchairs, so let's put it outside the toilet. Or maybe it's for people to sit comfortably and stare at that blue illusion flooring in case they have to wait too long for the toilet 😄

Hm, probably a little bit Austrian style? It is not a real public toilet, at least not for too many people.
This location serves as a co-working space during the day. On the left is a door and I guess that the chairs are used to change shoes or something like this ;-) Or to take a quiet minute, no idea :-) !ALIVE
