Home Gym Exercises - The Barbell Hack Squat.
This exercise is an amazing addition to be included when utilizing your in-house gym.
Below, I have attached a clip of me utilizing this exercise into my routine.
With proper form and focus, this exercise can target a wide range muscles such as your quads, glutes, calves, forearms, abs, & lower back.
There are many other muscles that get engaged as it is a full body, free weight exercise.
I personally feel it most in my quads. This variation of squat does not go down as deep when compared with a traditional squat.
In any case, I would highly recommend you try this exercise if you have a barbell laying around.

That's a great post I been slacking on the exercise hard but gonna try to get back into it, you doing a great job with the posts .I think It's a good idea to always include a picture so the post could have a thumbnail, also you may want to look into the hashtags they are a bit more important here and some hashtags are more active then others
