I didn't know there is something called TTC. This is the first time I am hearing that word. Maybe it is because I just recently got married and haven't made so many friends with married people. Anyway, now I know what it is and when next I hear it, it won't sound strange

The joy of marriage is children and the desire of every woman is to have them immediately after marriage. When it doesn't come, it causes a lot of heartache to the TTC mother and just like you said, a lot of them get involved with things they ordinarily ought not to get involved in.
