Los cumplió feliz mi Bebé Juan. || Happy birthday of my baby Juan

Hola queridas mamás y papás de esta hermosa comunidad, tenían un buen rato que no pasaba por aquí a compartir mi vida de mamá, pero encontré un motivo perfecto como lo es el cumpleaños #6 de mi hijo Juan Andrés.

Hello dear moms and dads of this beautiful community, I haven't been here for a while to share my life as a mom, but I found a perfect reason as it is the #6 birthday of my son Juan Andrés.

Desde que soy mamá, celebrar el cumpleaños de mis hijos es algo especial para mí, y eso me motivo aprender hacer torta y ser creativa para decorar así sus torta y sus fiesta. y ellos terminaron amando mis tortas caseras y siempre me piden que se las haga en sus cumpleaños. Normalmente esta celebración es en familia con 4 amiguitos, pero a medida que han pasado los años se van uniendo un amiguito o dos cada año. para este año la lista eran de 13 amigos lo que implica que también estarán sus representantes, así que tendría que atender a unas 25 personas, pensar en 25 personas aproximadamente se convirtió en un dolor de cabeza, para mí… así que mientras terminaba de organizar mis ideas de si hacerlo en casa o no ya que vivo en un apartamento pequeño un día mi niño Juanito me comento que a sus compañeros de preescolar le habían celebrado también su cumpleaños en el salón y que él quería también celebrar con sus compañeros, ya que este era su último año con ellos. Me lo dijo de una manera tan tierna que como le decía que no, ¡yo y mi boca!, ahora tenía que preparar dos tortas. El cumpleaños de Juanito era el martes 23 de Abril así que pensé bueno la primera torta será para el día martes que es su cumpleaños y se la llevare al colegio, cuando le comento a la maestra me dice que las celebraciones es los días viernes, así que me cambio el plan.

Since I became a mom, celebrating my children's birthdays is something special for me, and that's what made me learn how to make cakes and be creative to decorate their cakes and parties. They ended up loving my homemade cakes and always ask me to make them for their birthdays. Normally this celebration is a family celebration with 4 friends, but as the years have gone by a friend or two have joined each year. For this year the list was 13 friends which implies that their representatives will also be there, so I would have to attend to about 25 people, thinking about 25 people approximately became a headache for me... so while I was finishing organizing my ideas of whether to do it at home or not since I live in a small apartment one day my boy Juanito told me that his preschool classmates had also celebrated his birthday in the classroom and that he also wanted to celebrate with his classmates, since this was his last year with them. He told me in such a tender way that since I said no, me and my mouth, now I had to prepare two cakes. Juanito's birthday was on Tuesday April 23rd so I thought well the first cake will be for Tuesday which is his birthday and I will take it to school, when I told the teacher she told me that the celebrations are on Fridays, so I changed the plan.

El día martes 23 tuve que hacerle una torta en casa para celebrar el mismo día de su cumpleaños, él estaba feliz, y yo estaba agotadísima de un día ful de trabajo en la oficina.

On Tuesday the 23rd I had to bake him a cake at home to celebrate his birthday, he was happy, and I was exhausted from a full day of work at the office.

Para completar el combo,Mi hija mayor y Juan Andrés comenzaron a decirle a su papá que ella no iba estar con el en su cumpleaños en el colegio. y que también debíamos celebrar en casa con sus amigos que tiene fuera de la escuela,y su hermana y su papá los apoyo en su idea.

To complete the combo, my oldest daughter and Juan Andres started to tell her dad that she was not going to be with him on his birthday at school, and that we should also celebrate at home with his friends he has outside of school, and her sister and her dad supported them in their idea.

El jueves en la noche volví a realizarle una torta para enviarla al colegio con unas bolsistas de golosinas para los niños así que mientras se hacia las tortas estaba armando las bolsistas de golosinas también llamados por acá cotillones.

Thursday night I came back to make her a cake to send to school with some goody bags for the kids so while she was making the cakes I was putting together the goody bags, also called cotillions.

Así que organice tuve que organizarme para una tercera cantada de cumpleaños, todo para el domingo 28. Pensé bueno el sábado estoy libre y puedo hacer todo con calma, pero no el sábado 27 nos llamaron para tomar las fotos de promoción de mi niño Juan Andrés que va para primer grado de educación básica, luego pase por el centro comprando unas cosas que aún me faltaban y cuando llegue a casa ya eran más de las cinco de la tarde y a esa fue que me puse a realizar las tortas, y algunos dulces Ya el domingo en la mañana me dolía la espalda, llame a una amiga y me ayudo a inflar los globos y a colocar la decoración.

So I had to organize a third birthday party, all for Sunday the 28th. I thought well Saturday I am free and I can do everything calmly, but no on Saturday 27th we were called to take the promotion pictures of my son Juan Andres who is going to first grade of elementary school, then I went downtown to buy some things that I still needed and when I got home it was already after five in the afternoon and that was when I started to make the cakes and some candies.

En un abril y cerrar de ojos comenzaron a llegar los invitados,y isa como estaba vestida me encontraron todos los invitados eran de confianza así que ni me preocupe en arreglarme para mi lo realmente importante era que mis niños estuvieran felices.

In the blink of an eye the guests began to arrive, and Ia, as I was dressed, they found me, all the guests were trustworthy, so I didn't even bother to dress up, what was really important was that my children were happy.

Y así fue como este año celebramos los 6 de mi niño Juan Andrés.

And that's how this year we celebrated my son Juan Andrés' 6th birthday.
