Hello dear #motherhood community I hope you are very well and in good health next to your beautiful offspring for me it is always a pleasure to be able to share with you my experiences and anecdotes as a mother, today I want to talk a little about what is important which is spending quality time with our children.
Hola querida comunidad de #motherhood espero se encuentren muy bien y en buen estado de salud al lado de sus hermosos retoños para mi siempre es un placer poder compartir con ustedes mis experiencias y anécdotas como madre, hoy les quiero hablar un poco acerca de lo importante que es pasar tiempo de calidad con nuestros hijos.
Childhood is one of the most important stages in the life of our little ones and in which we manage to strengthen the bond between father and children. It is very important that from a young age we try to give them enough confidence to open up spontaneously without any fear of being judged but rather understood.
La infancia es una de las etapas mas importantes en la vida de nuestros pequeños y en la cual logramos fortalecer el vinculo entre padre e hijos. Es muy importante que desde pequeños tratemos de darle la suficiente confianza para se abran de forma espontánea sin ningún tipo de miedo a ser juzgados sino comprendidos.
The first thing we must bear in mind is the quality of time and not the quantity when being with our children, it is useless to spend all day by their side if we do not pay enough attention and ignore them because we are more busy solving the daily problems of the everyday life, not knowing what they may be going through and need to be heard.
Lo primero que debemos tener presente es la calidad de tiempo y no la cantidad al estar con nuestros hijos, de nada sirve pasar todo el día a su lado sino le prestamos la suficiente atención y los ignoramos porque estamos mas ocupados resolviendo los problemas diarios de la vida cotidiana, sin saber por lo que puedan estar pasando y necesitan ser escuchados.
There are many activities that can allow us to interact with our children and include them in the activities we do on a daily basis, allowing them to feel useful and capable, such as:
Excuse them to accompany us to do the grocery shopping, on the way we can talk with them about their daily activities, find out if there is something that worries them or they need help with any school task and thus while we fulfill a household task we share time with them.
Play dynamic and interactive games like ludo, domino, monopoly etc. There are games of all kinds that adapt to the ages, for example my daughter really likes to play ** stop ** also known as alto el pencil and tutti frutti.
Always listen to them, sometimes they just need us to dedicate a second of our time to tell us how they feel.
See a movie all as a family, go out of the house to eat an ice cream or just go for a walk.
Existen muchas actividades que nos pueden permitir relacionarnos con nuestros hijos e incluirlos en las actividades que realizamos a diario, permitiendoles sentirse útiles y capaces como:
- Perdiles que nos acompañen a realizar las compras al supermercado, en el trayecto podemos hablar con ellos de sus actividades diarias, saber si hay algo que les preocupa o necesitan ayuda con alguna tarea del colegio y así mientras cumplimos con una tarea del hogar compartimos tiempo con ellos.
Realizar juegos dinámicos e interactivos como ludo, domino, monopolio etc. Hay juegos de todo tipo que se adaptan a las edades, por ejemplo a mi hija le gusta mucho jugar stop también conocido como alto el lapiz y tutti frutti.
Escharlos siempre, a veces solo necesitan que le dediquemos un segundo de nuestro tiempo para decirnos como se sienten.
Ver alguna pelicula todos en familia, salir de casa a comer un helado o solo dar un paseó.
