Las madres nunca dejan de necesitar ayuda[ESP-ENG]

Las mamás primeriza tienden a tener mucha atención los primeros días pero después el apoyo desaparece por completo, los mensajes se acaban ya que nadie te escribe para saber si necesitas ayuda; déjenme decirle que a pesar que estoy sola en otro país y no he tenido ayuda de una persona, me mantenían los mensajes de textos aconsejándome que hacer. La maternidad no ha sido nada fácil para mi tanto en la lactancia como en los cuidados del bebé, tener que aprenderlo sola sin apoyo de nadie es difícil, mantenerme despierta por muchas horas seguidas es complicado, el cuerpo comienza a pedirte un descanso la cual para una mamá no existe, aun ese es mi caso, capaz otras madres tienen la suerte de tener un apoyo aun si los niños están grande.

Considero que toda mamá necesita ayuda principalmente emocional, ya que esta etapa a pesar que es hermosa es complicada y cada día se vuelve más difícil, siento que con solo tener una persona para desahogarse después de un terrible día es de gran utilidad, también favorable tener a alguien que se ponga en tus zapatos porque hay muchas personas malas que hacen es criticarte, aunque dices no prestarle atención a los comentarios negativos siempre te afectaran por más fuerte que seas.

I believe that every mom needs help, mainly emotional, because this stage, although it is beautiful, is complicated and every day it becomes more difficult, I feel that just having a person to vent after a terrible day is very useful, also favorable to have someone to put yourself in your shoes because there are many bad people who do is criticize you, although you say not to pay attention to the negative comments will always affect you no matter how strong you are.

Sin embargo hay madres que me han dicho que prefieren no tener ayuda pero sé que esa mamá algún día la necesitará porque toda mamá la necesita aunque sea para darle aliento, ya que el estado de ánimo afecta tanto al niño como a la mamá; es importante reconocer cuando ya no podemos continuar y necesitar ayuda, a mí me pasa que aveces no puedo con todos los deberes de la casa, la cual quisiera salir corriendo y no regresar.

Teniendo en cuenta todo lo que las madres hacen, no se debe olvidarlas siempre será agradable recibir un mensaje preguntando como se siente y si necesita apoyo, además de consolarla se sentirán queridas por alguien, siento que cada mamá vive su experiencia de diferentes maneras, algunas tienen apoyo, pero otras no, por esa razón si tienes alguna conocida que esté pasando por la maternidad no dudes en ayudar así no te lo pida créenme que lo necesita. Ser madre es nunca dejar de necesitar ayuda de otras personas.

Amiga bella tienes toda la razón. Siempre se necesita algún tipo de apoyo. Incluso cuando ya están grandes así que cuánto más cuando son pequeños.

Y es así como dices tu, en tu caso que estás sola en otro país es tan importante aunque sea un mensaje para confortarte o tener alguien con quién descargar un poco.
