Niño se traga una moneda [ESP-ENG]

in Motherhood3 years ago

Hello dear friends, today I share with you a story that happened to the grandson of a friend. Several days ago, specifically on Sunday the 12th of December, in my neighborhood they are doing lotteries to collect funds for a great friend who was diagnosed with mom's cancer and the operation is very expensive; the whole community is collaborating for the cause.

Tables are placed in the streets and whoever wants to collaborate to sell candy or drinks does it; that Sunday everything was going well, we chose a table nearby, in each table we placed several people, commonly one chooses his group, the mother of my friend's grandson is very careless, I feel that she does not give him the attention that all children should have, she leaves him at the table with his grandmother and leaves as if nothing happened.

My friend grabbed him, sat him down and offered him a cookie to keep him calm, anyway the child is very quiet, he is only 2 years old; hours go by, the mom doesn't arrive, I sing lottery and all of us are excited screaming with emotion, I go to claim my prize jumping, when I come back I see the purple child and I shout marina, look at the child she has.

She immediately turned around and the first thing she did was to grab the child and shake him, he was screaming, crying, trembling, everyone saw the scandal and came to see what was happening, they saw the child with a bruise and she was not reacting, the child's father came running, grabbed him and put him in a car to take him to the nearest clinic, (the eastern clinic) since the hospital is far away, when they arrived they told him that they had to take him to the hospital because they could not treat him there without paying first, since they did not have the amount of silver they were asking for, they took him to the hospital.

They arrived at the hospital and took him to the emergency room, they made an x-ray to see what he had swallowed, when they saw a coin in his throat, thank GOD the coin was standing but not lying down, but if it moved it would kill him because it would cut his breathing, they told him that he had to have an emergency operation before the coin moved, but to be able to operate he had to buy the clamp because the hospital did not have that tool. The clamp cost 150 dollars, which they had to collect among all the family members to be able to buy it that same day, they buy it and they operate him. Everything went well, thanks to GOD.

Although we are all there with the child in a second step, it is incredible but it happens with children and more at that age where we must have 4 eyes with everything they touch; they are at the stage where they put everything in their mouths, it is their nature we can not avoid it, I tell you this story to make a call to all mothers who relax with children and are not aware of them, just as it happens to a two year old child can happen to an older child, so mothers we are responsible for taking care of our children.
