Joy of motherhood

The thought of being a mother.
Motherhood is a blessing from God.
Motherhood is something to be proud of,every grown woman dreams to be a mother one day.

Ist just been a mother?
Does nine months pregnancy and six hours in the labour room say it all?
Does sleepless nights say it all?

From my little experience there more to it more than the above mentioned.

Motherhood comes with serious and huge responsibilities which if ignored causes more harm than pain.

The decision a mother makes have a deep and lasting influence on the life and character of their children.

To enjoy motherhood to the full,more is expected than just nine months pregnancy,than six hours in labour,than sleepless nights.

There is a saying that " the way you make your bed is the way you lay on it".
For us to benefit from our works as a mother we need to work very hard.

The Bible says" train up a child in the way he should grow and he will never depart from it when he grows".
A child misbehavior brings shame to the mother,mothers will agree with me that when a child is bad the blame goes to the mother.

To enjoy motherhood all women should do all in the power to sow good seed in the children.

Tips of being a good mother.
Teach your child what it means to love.
Teach your child what respect means.
Teach your child domestic works.
Teach your child how to survive in any condition.
Teach them how to say no.
As they keep growing,their knowledge keep expanding and this increases the task of mothers.

Mother's have the responsibility to teach their teenagers about sex,about good lifestyles,let them know how they will be affected by the choice they make.

Mother's deserves the best,but no when they didn't perform the task well.
What goes around surely comes around,
Its not always easy but it pays to be a good mother.

To fulfill this huge task mothers should be reasonable.

simplify
make changes that a possible.
Get help from a reasonable source.
make out time for relaxation in other not to be frustrated,and depressed.
And give priority to their spiritual lives.
In conclusion,good work pays,when a mother puts all her efforts to bring up her children in a decent way,honestly God will bless there effort and the will reap the joy of motherhood.
