NAHEL Y SU ALIMENTACIÓN

ESTOY DE VUELTA Y CON TODO MI LINDAS MAMITAS. QUIERO CONTARLES TODO TODITO SOBRE CÓMO HA EVOLUCIONADO MI BEBE CON RESPECTO SU ALIMENTACIÓN Y LA TETE.

Como saben Nahel jamás me agarró el pecho siempre que lo intentabamos le daba náuseas y entonces un buen dia dije si a mi no me gusta comer algo y nadie me obliga a comerlo por que yo tengo que hacerlo con mi hijo. Desde ese entonces nahel únicamente tomaba leche de pecho o por tetero o por que hacia el método de la mamila del tetero y la colocaba en mi pecho.

Sabía que pronto si Nahel no se alimentaba con el pecho pronto dejaría de producir leche entonce dije ALGO TENGO QUE HACER MI HIJO NO PUEDE VOLVER A PASAR HAMBRE COMO PASÓ EN EL HOSPITAL. Y si no saben que paso y son nuevas en mi blog pues busquen en mis publicaciones antiguas y lean un poco y asi se enteran.

Empecé hablar con mi mamà y le pregunte que me había dado a mi cuando yo estaba pequeña desde que edad empezo la alimentación complementaria y entonces ahí ella me dijo PUES HIJA NO TE DI AREPA AL MES PORQUE ESTABAS MUY PEQUEÑA PERO SI TE HICE TU PRIMERA AGUITA DE ARROZ.

Entonces dije aja será que lo intento? Y un buen dia le dije a mi abuela que me dijera como hacer esa fulana agua de arroz a ver si le caía bien, y pues mis amigas a Nahel le ha gustado solo que no lo llenaba tanto, a continuación todo lo que les voy a decir con respecto a los alimentos que le he dado a mi hijo se los he ligado con su leche materna menos las sopas.

Como vi que a mi bebe no le llenaba el agua de arroz pues un dia compre cebada y la puse a cocinar a fuego lento hasta que hablando entonces vi que a nahel le gusto y que era algo natural, ojo en ese entonces nahel tomaba 5 onzas de tetero siempre le ligaba una onza de cebada con 4 onzas de leche de pecho.
Ya Nahel al cumplir los segundo mese le meti su primera sopa de apio y luego de zanahoria y si les cuento que nahel ha estado encantado con eso creo que todo alimento nuevo que le he dado a mi hijo se lo he dado con todo el miedo pero le ha caido super bien, no todos los bebes son iguales.

Al tercer mes Nahel ya probo la crema de arroz y la maizina y no les puedo negar que nahel está encantado con eso se siente lleno come bien y duerme bien.

Y me preguntaran Aja aldamary la fórmula ? pues mis amigas queridas nahel tambien tomo fórmula hasta los tres meses y ya al cuarto mes decidí darle leche completa; actualmente nahel toma leche completa con todo los alimentos que existe en venezuela desde crema de arroz hasta nestum se que esta muy pequeño que solo tiene 4 meses pero Nahel es el niño que come con un gusto aparte de que todo le gusta y que gracias a dios nada le ha hecho mal.

Pues mis lindas mami si Nahel no succiona no me sale leche ni con saca leche y formula esta muy cara lo único que con la leche completa se disminuye la cantidad para que no le afecte si con la fórmula en la lata son 6 copitas con la leche completa son 2 la mayoría de mis teteros están medidos y alcanza para dos tomas ya que nahel toma aproximadamente 12 onzas.
Pronto les haré un post de como le hago sus alimentos y su rutina diaria con ellos.

NAHEL AND ITS FOOD

I'M BACK AND WITH ALL MY BEAUTIFUL MOMS. I WANT TO TELL YOU EVERYTHING ABOUT HOW MY BABY HAS EVOLVED REGARDING HIS NUTRITION AND BREASTFEEDING.

As you know Nahel never grabbed my chest every time we tried it made her nauseous and then one fine day I said if I don't like to eat something and nobody forces me to eat it because I have to do it with my son. Since then, Nahel only drank breast milk or through a bottle or because she used the bottle nipple method and placed it on my breast.

I knew that soon if Nahel did not breastfeed she would soon stop producing milk so I said I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING MY SON CANNOT GO STARVING AGAIN AS HE HAD IN THE HOSPITAL. And if you don't know what happened and you are new to my blog, then look at my old posts and read a little and find out.

I started talking to my mom and I asked her what she had given me when I was little, since what age did she start complementary feeding and then she told me WELL DAUGHTER I DIDN'T GIVE YOU AREPA AFTER A MONTH BECAUSE YOU WERE VERY SMALL BUT I MADE YOU YOUR FIRST WATER OF RICE.

So I said aha, will I try? And one fine day I told my grandmother to tell me how to make that whore of rice water to see if she liked it, and well, my friends Nahel liked it only that it didn't fill it up so much, then everything I'm going to tell you say with respect to the foods that I have given my son I have linked them with his breast milk except for the soups.

As I saw that my baby did not fill the rice water well one day I bought barley and I put it to cook over low heat until speaking then I saw that nahel liked it and that it was something natural, watch out at that time nahel drank 5 ounces as a bottle she always mixed an ounce of barley with 4 ounces of breast milk.
When Nahel turned two months old I put his first celery soup and then carrot soup and if I tell you that Nahel has been delighted with that I think that every new food that I have given my son I have given him with all the fear but He has liked it super well, not all babies are the same.

By the third month, Nahel has already tried the cream of rice and cornstarch and I cannot deny that Nahel is delighted with it, he feels full, eats well and sleeps well.

And Aja aldamary will ask me the formula? Well, my dear friends Nahel also drank formula until she was three months old and by the fourth month I decided to give her whole milk; nahel currently drinks full milk with all the foods that exist in venezuela from cream of rice to nestum i know he is very small he is only 4 months old but nahel is the child who eats with pleasure apart from the fact that he likes everything and thank god nothing has done him wrong.

Well, my pretty mommy, if Nahel doesn't suck, I don't get any milk, not even with the milk pump, and the formula is very expensive. The only thing is that with full milk the quantity is reduced so that it doesn't affect her if with the formula in the can, there are 6 cups with the milk. full is 2 most of my bottles are measured and enough for two shots since nahel takes approximately 12 ounces.
