Feliz día amigas querida de hive este es mi tercer día publicando para generar y reunir para comprar las cosas que mi bebé necesita.

Estoy feliz por qué poco a poco voy retomando lo rutina para publicar.
Pues si amigas de hive estoy muy emocionada por contarle como es mi rutina con Nahel, ya Nahel tiene un mes y pico casi 2 meses y no saben lo mucho que ha crecido y a su vez lo mucho que sabe.

Nahel todavía tiene su tiempo de cada tres horas para comer hay veces que dura tres horas y medias o las cuatro horas, mi truco es esperar a que el duerma para poder hacer todo lo que tenga que hacer.

Mi rutina con Nahel empieza así en la hora de 7 AM el despierta para tomar su pecho con mamila así dura hasta las 8 AM digamos que como a las 9 el se duerme y se despierta a las 11 para volver a comer aquí es donde les explico que come él,
Pues hoy le tocó sopita.

Como Nahel no toma del pecho directo yo me saco la leche y se la doy en teteros pues ya el toma 5 onzas y medias cuando el termina de tomar su tetero yo le saco los gases y duerme de 11 a 2 de la tarde a veces se tarda en dormirse y puede que sean las 12 y se despierta a las 3.

Procedo a lavar, a cocinar a prepararle su otro tetero yo utilizo un termo donde yo le coloco el tetero con agua caliente y se conserve ya que la leche la tengo en la nevera y sale fría. ( Tengo mi banco de leche )
Procedo a sacarme más leche ya que siempre se me llenan muy rápidos. ( Recuerden chicas si están amamantando deben de tomar mucha agua y tomar alimentos con leche como avena, sebada, )

Nahel se levanta a las 2, 2:30 ya su agua está caliente su bañera está lista el jabón y shampoo ya están a la mano para bañarlo procedo hablarle le digo" hijo no sea cochinon vamos a bañarnos" le quitó su ropita obviamente está irritado por qué no ha comido, de último le quitó el pañal cuando el agua este a su temperatura pues le quitó el pañal y lo baño.

Chicas no se les puede olvidar que deben de arreglar su ropita tener todo a la mano para que el no pase frío. Ya listo el baño le limpio su naricita con solución pues hay que vestirlo y colocarles sus cremas; yo le coloco una antipañalitis y su crema aceitosa, le limpio su hombligo y también la cara y orejas con una toalla húmeda.

Ya está vestido, es hora de comer el CHANCHITO tiene hambre!!! Nahel tiene una alimentación mixta ya toma sebada con su leche materna y crema de arroz, sopita y juguito.

Luego de que mi bebé ya haya comido es hora de sacar bien los gases para que no le den cólicos. Este paso es muy importante por qué si el bebé le da cólicos creeme y que lo diga mi prima @alexandra1301 pasas un mal rato.

Ya los gases están sacados es hora de dormir, normalmente Nahel se pone un poco lloron y es por qué tiene sueño así que en una almohada y con su manta lo acuesto boca abajo sobre mis piernas y el solo se duerme y a su vez yo me estoy preparando para sacarme la leche. Hago dos cosas lo duermo y lleno los teteros. Y así tengo yo más tiempo si quiero descansar o si tengo que hacer otras cosas.

Cuando se despierta cambio su pañal o le doy de comer primero en el horario de 6 a 9 pm el niño no duerme se encuentra activo yo lo coloco a ver tv, con un programa que es súper educativo mas que todo habla de animales. Pues ahí el niño se queda 1 hora amigas ya le tome el tiempo en esa hora pues aprovecho de hacerme la cena y de hacer lo que tenga que hacer me da mucha risa por qué el Empieza como a llamarme AHH AAHH y yo le respondo VOY VOY. Hasta que empieza a llorar y hay tres opciones o es que tiene sueño o se siente solo o simplemente quiere brazos.

Ya a las 9 le doy de comer y ahí empiezo de nuevo su rutina de cada 3 hora aunque ya varía por qué está durmiendo un poquito más.

Es cansón pero vale la pena, vale la pena todo el amor, verlo que come y se ríe saber que está ahí contigo que quiere de tu calor es increíble 🤩 sin duda alguna vale la pena.

NAHEL MI Principe AZUL ES MUY INTELIGENTE SABE MUY BIEN CUANDO ES DE DIA Y CUANDO ES DE NOCHE, SI ESTAS EMBARAZADA HABLALE MUCHO A TU BEBE Y EXPLÍCALE QUE DE DIA SE JUEGA Y SE HACEN COSAS EN EL HOGAR Y DE NOCHE SE DUERME Y VERAS QUE CUANDO NAZCA LO SABRÁ.

ESTOY CONTENTAS AMIGAS DE MOTHERHOOD POR EL RESULTADO QUE ESTA DANDO MI ESFUERZO. QUIERO QUE SIGAN APOYANDO MIS POST Y A SU VEZ VEAN EL DESARROLLO DE MI BEBE NAHEL.

Happy day dear hive friends this is my third day posting to generate and gather and buy the things my baby needs.

I'm happy because little by little I'm going back to the routine to publish.
Well yes hive friends I am very excited to tell you about my routine with Nahel, Nahel is already a month and almost 2 months old and they don't know how much she has grown and how much she knows.

Nahel still has his time every three hours to eat, sometimes it lasts three and a half hours or four hours, my trick is to wait for him to sleep so I can do everything he has to do.

My routine with Nahel starts like this at 7 AM he wakes up to take his breast with a bottle like this it lasts until 8 AM let's say that at around 9 he falls asleep and wakes up at 11 to eat again this is where I explain.

What does he eat, since Nahel doesn't drink directly from the breast, I express my milk and give it to him in bottles because he already drinks 5 ounces and a half when he finishes drinking his bottle, I take out the gases and he sleeps from 11 to 2 in the late sometimes he takes a long time to fall asleep and it may be 12 and he wakes up at 3.

I proceed to wash, to cook, to prepare her other bottle, I use a thermos where I place the bottle with hot water and it is preserved since the milk is in the fridge and it comes out cold. (I have my milk bank)
I proceed to express more milk since I always fill up very quickly. (Remember girls if you are breastfeeding you should drink a lot of water and eat foods with milk such as oatmeal, sebada,)

Nahel gets up at 2, 2:30 and his water is hot, his bathtub is ready, the soap and shampoo are already at hand to bathe him, I proceed to speak to him, I tell him "son, don't be a pig, let's take a bath" he took off his clothes, obviously he is irritated Why hasn't he eaten? Lastly, he took off his diaper when the water is at its temperature, so he took off his diaper and bathed him.

Girls can't forget that they must fix their clothes and have everything at hand so that they don't get cold. Once the bathroom is ready, I clean his little nose with a solution because you have to dress him and put his creams on them; I put an anti-diaper rash on him and his oily cream, I clean his navel and also his face and ears with a damp towel.

He is already dressed, it's time to eat the PIGGY is hungry!!! Nahel has a mixed diet and drinks sebada with her breast milk and cream of rice, soup and juice.

After my baby has already eaten, it is time to get rid of gas well so that he does not get colic. This step is very important because if the baby has colic, believe me and let my cousin @ alexandra1301 say so, you will have a hard time.

The gases are already out, it's time to sleep, normally Nahel gets a little weepy and that's why he's sleepy, so on a pillow and with his blanket I lay him face down on my legs and he just falls asleep and in turn I'm falling asleep preparing to express my milk. I do two things, I put it to sleep and I fill the bottles. And so I have more time if I want to rest or if I have to do other things

When he wakes up, I change his diaper or feed him first from 6 to 9 pm The child does not sleep, he is active, I put him to watch TV, with a program that is super educational, more than anything, it talks about animals. Well, the boy stays there for 1 hour, friends, and I took the time for him at that time, because I take advantage of making myself dinner and doing what I have to do, it makes me laugh a lot because he starts calling me AHH AAHH and I answer him I'M GOING I'M GOING . Until he starts to cry and there are three options: either he is sleepy or he is lonely or he just wants arms.

At 9 o'clock I feed him and there I start his routine every 3 hours again, although it varies because he is sleeping a little more.

It's tiring but it's worth it, it's worth all the love, seeing him eat and laugh knowing that he's there with you that he wants your warmth is incredible 🤩 without a doubt it's worth it.
