How can Russia theoretically circumvent sanctions?
There is a country that can become an example for Russia. This is Iran. Many goods are not officially sold to Iran, but there are still many goods imported unofficially in Iran. If you went as a tourist to Iran, you would be surprised to find that there are brands in many shopping centers. There is an iPhone, there are other clothing brands.
But, if you look closely, you will again be surprised to find that there are no official representatives in these stores, which are located in shopping centers. That is, an Apple store employee is not an Apple employee. This is just a local hard worker, hired by anyone to work, but not by Apple itself.
Well, that is, so that you understand: some local businessman opened a point for the sale of Apple smartphones, but where did he get them? Yes, anywhere, he personally went to buy in some neighboring country, and then he began to sell these smartphones in his store. And in theory, goods that are household, so Iran can buy. Therefore, entering Iran, you will see that there is supposedly a lot of goods. But they are not imported by the official manufacturers themselves.
That is, official factories, companies sold their products to a neighboring country, and the products of this company ended up in Iran. Accordingly, there will be no official guarantee from the manufacturer for equipment purchased in this way. Can Russia go this way and flood the market with such products? Quite, and most likely, now Russia is actively studying the experience of Iran, and most likely already, it is preparing the so-called shuttles (people who will import goods for the domestic market). These can be, for example, ordinary people who go on vacation or for work, and in the meantime, they will actively purchase various equipment and import it into the country.
YouTube is full of videos where various journalists talk about their impressions of traveling to Iran. Thanks for watching!
