"But we humans see only a part of the picture, and we cannot understand the causal factor of everything that happens on Earth". Reminds me a line in a song saying "we judge a book by its cover and read what we want between selected lines". That's how humans are and will be till war (or other tragedy) change their "value system", often only for a while.
One of the most touching posts I've ever read here. Stay safe.
Thank you @orestistrips so much for such an in-depth comment. I am glad that my and your thoughts are similar. Human nature is such that it shows its best qualities only in very difficult situations ... It would be great if the Light in people remained forever, then Paradise will come to Earth.
"Human nature is such that it shows its best qualities only in very difficult situations" and even then not always I would add. If only we humans were fundamentally decent but we're not. However, in an attempt to find some light in this darkness, let's not forget that even if we're stuck in the mud we can always look up to the sky for encouragement and inspiration.
Hope Budapest manages to south your soul a bit, its a lovely city. I'm in total regret and shame that I didn't manage to visit the Ukrainian ones before the war despite being well travelled. I'm sure we'll all manage to build them again together and I'm so looking forward to that.
Oh, thank you @orestistrips for your encouragement. If God blesses us and we will get peace in Ukraine, I will personally be your guide in Lviv!
By the way, speaking of Lviv, I just saw this:

What a moment!
This is very sweet from you. Let me know if you ever plan to come to Greece.
Sun will shine over free Ukraine again and a vast part of the world is looking forward to that day.
Thank you for the invitation. Greece is the country I dream of visiting!
I hope you manage cause you'd love it. You are welcome!
