Friends, a historic event happened today. And, although we all prepared for such a result and did not expect anything else, this does not lessen our joy. The European Parliament has just approved a resolution granting Ukraine the status of an EU candidate!
Друзі, сьогодні сталася історична подія. І, хоч ми всі готувалися до такого результату і не чекали нічого іншого – це не применшує нашої радості. Буквально щойно Європарламент затвердив резолюцію щодо надання Україні статусу кандидата у ЄС!
This is only the first step on the path to European integration, but it is a whole leap forward on our path to reforming all spheres of public life in Ukraine, and, most importantly, a manifestation of a clear EU position regarding support for Ukraine during the russian-Ukrainian war. Now we will be able to get access to expertise, information support and financial assistance from the countries of the European Union. Ukraine is defending Europe's eastern flank from russian occupiers who are inadequately threatening all their western neighbors with an invasion and the whole world with nuclear weapons. I am glad that the European Union recognizes our role in ensuring the security of the entire civilized world.
Це лише перший крок на шляху до євроінтеграції, але це цілий стрибок на нашому шляху до реформування всіх сфер суспільного життя в Україні, а також - найголовніше - прояв чіткої позиції ЄС щодо підтримки України під час російсько-української війни. Тепер ми зможемо отримати доступ до експертизи, інформаційної підтримки та фінансової допомоги країн Європейського Союзу. Україна захищає східний фланг Європи від російських окупантів, які неадекватно загрожують усім своїм західним сусідам вторгненням та усьому світу ядерною зброєю. Рада, що Євросоюз визнає нашу роль в убезпеченні всього цивілізованого світу.
Despite such excellent news, the situation at the front remains difficult. The ruscists continue to terrorize the civilian population in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv and Odesa regions, as well as, of course, on the territory of Donbas. They put their missiles in the Black Sea on combat readiness - readiness to avenge the successes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. For them, human life is of no value, and only our defenders can stop them. Not diplomacy, but a military defeat on the territory of Ukraine will be able to stop the orcs. That is why it is so important to activate and help our Armed Forces. Every 2, 5, 10 hryvnias matter - it is thanks to small but feasible amounts that the biggest sums are raised. I gladly took part in the collection of Serhii Prytula and Ihor Lachenkov. The guys want to buy 3 bayraktars, and have already collected enough money to buy 2 of them! Most donations are 5-100 UAH, so don't underestimate the power of small amounts!
Незважаючи на такі чудові новини, ситуація на фронті залишається важкою. Рашисти продовжують тероризувати мирне населення у Харківській, Запорізькій, Миколаївській та Одеській областях, а також, звичайно, на теренах Донбасу. Приводять свої ракети у Чорному морі до бойової готовності – готовності мститися за успіхи Збройних сил України. Для них людське життя не становить жодної цінності, і лише наші захисники можуть їх зупинити. Не дипломатія, а саме військова поразка на території України зможе зупинити орків. Тому важливо активізувати всі сили, щоб допомагати нашим Збройним Силам. Кожні 2, 5, 10 гривень мають значення – саме завдяки невеликим, але посильним сумам закриваються великі збори. З радістю взяла участь у зборі Сергія Притули та Ігоря Лаченкова. Хлопці хочуть придбати 3 байрактари, і вже зібрали суму, достатню для покупки трьох із них! Більшість донатів – це 5-100 грн, тож не потрібно недооцінювати силу маленьких сум!

Friends, our people are incredible, and the way we can unite to achieve a goal inspires respect and admiration.
