Привіт! Монета виготовлена й введена в обіг 7 березня. Присвячена вона, що видно з самої назви, глобальній міжнародній організації.
Монета з рифленим гуртом важить 33.59 г, діаметр складає 38.6 мм. Для допису “Монета 50 років Організації Об'єднаних Націй — ООН-50, серія “Інші монети”, 1996 рік, срібло, номінал 2 млн карбованців” використано дві світлини з офіційного сайту Національного банку України. Всього фінансовий регулятор увів в обіг 10 тисяч монет.
Реверс. В центрі зображено нашу планету з емблемою ООН та прапорами. По колу в нижній частині написано “Нації, об'єднані заради миру”, а угорі напис дублюється англійською мовою.
Лицьова сторона. В центрі розташований Герб, зліва та справа від нього — гілки калини. Угорі — рік карбування. Нижче Герба вказано матеріал, вагу та пробу. Напис Україна розташований угорі, а внизу вказано номінал (прописом).

Greetings! The coin was produced and put into circulation on March 7. As the name suggests, it is dedicated to a global international organization.
The coin with the fluted band weighs 33.59 g, the diameter is 38.6 mm. For the post "Coin of 50 years of the United Nations Organization - UN-50, series "Other coins", 1996, silver, denomination of 2 million roubles" two photos from the official website of the National Bank were used Ukraine. In total, the financial regulator introduced 10,000 coins into circulation.
Reverse. In the center is our planet with the UN emblem and flags. "Nations united for peace" is written in a circle in the lower part, and the inscription is duplicated in English at the top.
Front side. In the center is the Coat of Arms, to the left and right of it are viburnum branches. At the top is the minting year. Below the Coat of Arms is the material, weight and assay. The inscription Ukraine is located at the top, and the denomination is indicated (in capital letters) at the bottom.
