Привіт, друзі.

Нещодавно розпочала новий освітній курс, пов’язаний з роботою із вимушено переміщеними особами. Як на мене, це досить актуальна тема, адже в Україні 7 мільйонів таких людей.

Взагалі, моя професія передбачає постійне навчання, тим більше, що система освіти є гнучкою і повинна адаптуватися під суспільний устрій та вимоги часу. Спочатку була пандемія, а зараз війна.

She recently started a new educational course related to work with forcibly displaced persons. In my opinion, this is a very relevant topic, because there are 7 million such people in Ukraine.
In general, my profession involves constant learning, especially since the education system is flexible and must adapt to the social system and the requirements of the time. First there was a pandemic, and now there is a war.

Дійсно, Міжнародні стандарти гуманітарної допомоги в умовах війни покладають досить вагому частину роботи саме на заклади освіти. Та це сталося не так давно. Спочатку ці стандарти передбачали лише 4 основні напрямки: доступ до води, запобігання продовольчій кризі, медичне забезпечення та забезпечення елементарних гігієнічних умов. Про освіту мова не йшла. Це питання набувало актуальності після закінчення війни. І дуже добре, що нині, доступ до навчання в період військового стану є теж обов’язковим. Складно уявити, що було б з дітьми та молоддю, якби у них забрали це право до закінчення війни. Вже б 8 місяців випали з освітнього процесу і почалося б тотальне відставання. Та найгірше – перезапуск всієї системи, знову приведення до норми життя всіх учасників навчального процесу: педагогів, учнів та студентів, батьків.

Indeed, the international standards of humanitarian aid in wartime place a rather heavy part of the work on educational institutions. But it happened not so long ago. Initially, these standards envisaged only 4 main areas: access to water, prevention of food crisis, medical care and provision of elementary hygienic conditions. It was not about education. This question gained relevance after the end of the war. And it is very good that now, access to education during martial law is also mandatory. It is difficult to imagine what would happen to children and young people if this right were taken away from them before the end of the war. Already 8 months would fall out of the educational process and a total lag would begin. But the worst thing is restarting the entire system, once again bringing the life of all participants in the educational process back to normal: teachers, pupils and students, parents.

Якщо ви займалися чи займаєтеся волонтерською діяльністю, то мабуть помітили, що досить часто саме заклад освіти є його центром. Особливо це стосується сільської місцевості, де школа є осередком суспільного життя, та закладів, де є гуртожитки. Освітяни нині працюють не лише за прямими обов’язками, а й вирішують питання забезпечення ВПО. Це і гаряче харчування, і прийом та розподіл міжнародних гуманітарних допомог, і організація зустрічей з лікарями та юристами та багато чого іншого.

If you have been or are engaged in volunteering, you have probably noticed that quite often the educational institution is its center. This especially applies to rural areas, where the school is the center of social life, and institutions where there are dormitories. Educators currently work not only on direct duties, but also solve the issue of providing for IDPs. This includes hot meals, reception and distribution of international humanitarian aid, organization of meetings with doctors and lawyers, and much more.

Та якщо все ж повернутися до освітньої діяльності, то тут теж у нас з’являється досить важливий шмат роботи, а саме – опанування та удосконалення принципів та методів роботи з учасниками освітнього процесу з числа вимушено переміщених осіб. Для мене було новиною, що дану категорію зарахували до інклюзії. Раніше інклюзивне навчання передбачалося за наявності учнів з особливими освітніми потребами. Так от, ВПО зарахували теж до них. В принципі це є вірним, адже діти навіть цілі сім’ї, які перебували в окупації, чи у зоні активних бойових дій і змушені були покинути рідний дім та розпочати життя з нуля, мають особливі освітні потреби. З цим потрібно рахуватися, з ними потрібно вміти працювати.

But if we return to educational activities, then here too we have a rather important piece of work, namely, mastering and improving the principles and methods of working with participants in the educational process from among forcibly displaced persons. It was news to me that this category was included. Previously, inclusive education was assumed in the presence of students with special educational needs. Yes, IDPs were also counted among them. In principle, this is true, because children of even whole families who were under occupation or in a zone of active hostilities and were forced to leave their home and start life from scratch have special educational needs. You need to take this into account, you need to be able to work with them.

На рівні обласних управлінь зрозуміли це, витягли з дальніх полиць методики, які вже існують довгий час, і вирішили ознайоми з ними педагогів. Зараз наше завдання скласти свого роду путівник “Дорожню карту”, як опору при роботі з ВПО. Сподіваюся на те, що це навчання допоможе покращити якість навчання та полегшить процес адаптації людей, які вимушено покинули свої домівки.

At the level of regional administrations, they understood this, pulled out the methods that have existed for a long time from the distant shelves, and decided to familiarize teachers with them. Now our task is to compile a kind of guide "Road Map" as a support for working with IDPs. I hope that this training will help improve the quality of education and facilitate the process of adaptation of people who have been forced to leave their homes.
