War really takes all the masks off people. It becomes clear who has what values, who has what fears, how much composure people can keep and what their weaknesses are.
So true! Under pressure and a lot of stress people truly reveal what they are made of. It is so kind and considerate to think of others in times of distress. Compassion toward fellow humans is a challenge during war times. History has shown how some humans lost their humanity in war. You have my admiration and my moral support. I agree it's very important to stay humans. There are people out there who feel much worse than I do or are in much higher danger. I have no choice but help them, because someone out there helps my family, too. This is the only way we can all survive and win.
Helping others is of paramount importance, I am so happy to read about the people who offered a hand in difficult times. During a war it is even more admirable as many would be tempted to think of themselves as a way of surviving
As it actually turns out, being together is the best way to survive.
