Hello, Hello my dear Sweets Hivers. Today I will be participating in the initiative "La comida de mamá" First I want to thank the beautiful @andrearojas55 for inviting me to participate. This initiative has made me a little sentimental as I am far away from home and from mom's so delicious food!

I couldn't make it at home so today I'm not bringing you step by step photos as I'm used to. However, I am going to explain step by step how mom made my favorite Smoked pork chop stir-fry.

  • Cebolla
  • Ají
  • Pimentón
  • Cebollín
  • Ajo
  • Un chorrito de aceite
  • Y por supuesto nuestra chuleta.

To begin with, my mother would send me to get the following ingredients from the refrigerator:** ** Onion

  • Onion
  • Chili
  • Paprika
  • Chives
  • Garlic
  • A drizzle of oil
  • And of course our pork chop.

Now for the delicious preparation!!!!!

We are going to take our onion, bell pepper, chili bell pepper and cutlet, wash it well and chop it into julienne strips (I was wondering who was julienne until my mom explained to me that it was in strips hahaha).

And they look like this as you can see in the picture

Once all our ingredients are chopped in julienne we are going to crush our garlic, well crushed please and in a frying pan that we have at home we are going to put our drizzle of oil, add the garlic and let it brown, add the other ingredients and let them brown for at least 5 minutes, take them out of the pan and put the cutlet to brown for approximately 5 minutes, add again all our seasonings, add salt or adobo to taste and a little bit of lemon juice (this is super optional) when it is super ready and when serving we will put the chopped chives over our sauté.

And there you goo, you will have the best sautéed cutlets ever.
*At home my mom used to serve it with rice and slices and to tell the truth it was the best thing in the world.

Food made with love always tastes so much better

  4. Si no se come eso no come dulce.
  5. ¿Quiere repetir?

And so that those of you who have a mom far away like me and are remembering the super delicious dishes you used to make for them don't get upset, I'm going to leave you with 5 phrases that every mom says at mealtime to make you laugh.

  1. We won't eat pizza, there's food in the house.
